Established in 2006, PT Pemalang Batang Tol Road (PBTR) is the concession holder of Pemalang – Batang Toll Road (39,20 Km) with 50 years of concession period (2016 – 2066). Acquired by WTR in 2016, Pemalang – Batang Toll Road is located in Central Java, Indonesia.

Consists of 2 sections: Section I (Pemalang – Pekalongan) with total length of 23,3 Km and Section II (Pekalongan – Batang) with total length of 15,9 Km, Pemalang – Batang has operated since 2018.

PBTR is a part of Trans Jaba Toll Road, connecting major cities in the Java Island, including Merak, Banten, through Banyuwangi, East Java. Currently, Pemalang – Batang Toll Road has a significant role in providing easier access to major areas cross provinces, i.e. Kendal Industrial Area, Tanjung Emas Harbor, and Ahmad Yani International Airport.

60% of shares in PBTR is owned by WTR, while 40% of shares is owned by PT Sumber Mitra Jaya.
