“PT Waskita Bumi Wira (“WBW”) is a toll road company that started the development of the Krian – Legundi – Bunder – Manyar toll road (an undisclosed toll road project) established on 20 August 2014. As initiator, the WBW has the right to match the length the longest toll road offered by bidders for the Trans Sumatra toll road.
This highway connects Krian to Bunder in Gresik, and will connect with the Mojokerto – Krian toll road through Krian Regency, East Java with a total length of 38.3 km. The construction of this toll road is expected to support industrial areas in the region.
The ownership of WBW is 99,90% shares owned by Company and 0,10% of its shares owned by PT Panca Wira Usaha.”
