Established in 20 August 2014, PT Waskita Bumi Wira (WBW) is the concession holder of Krian – Legundi – Bunder Toll Road (29,00 Km) with 50 years of concession period (2018 – 2068).

Consists of 3 sections: Krian – Kedamean, Kedamean – Boboh, and Boboh – Bunder, Krian – Legundi – Bunder Toll Road has operated since 2020, while its additional section, Junction Wringinanom, has operated since 2023.

Krian – Legundi – Bunder Toll Road connects Krian to Bunder, Gresik, and will be connected with Mojokerto – Krian Toll Road through Krian, Jawa Timur. This toll road will be the access to bolster economic development through easier logistic and service access in Sidoarjo and Gresik, as well as Krian industrial area.

In the future, Krian – Legundi – Bunder toll road will support recreational areas in East Java, which will provide easier access for tourists and travelers to optimally enjoy the recreational experience.

99,90% of shares in WBW is owned by WTR, while 0,10% of shares is owned by PT Panca Wira Usaha.
