Established in 2006, PT Citra Waspphutowa (CW) is the concession holder of Depok – Antasari Toll Road (27,95 Km) with 40 years of concession period (2015 – 2055).

Located in South Jakarta, Depok – Antasari Toll Road connects multiple centres of population in Jabodetabek Metropolitan area, Depok to Antasari with plan to expand to Bogor. Depok – Antasari Toll Road also connects Antasari Road to Sawangan, and is set to connect with JORR Toll Roads (JORR W2.S and JORR S).

13,47% of shares in CW is owned by WTR, while 79,79% of shares is owned by PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada, and 6,74% of shares is owned by PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk.
