Established in 22 February 2008, PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (CCT) is the concession holder of Cimanggis – Cibitung Toll Road (26,18 Km) with 45 years of concession period (2015 – 2060).

Section I of Cimanggis – Cibitung Toll Road (Cimanggis – Jatikarya) has operated since November 2020, while Section II (Jatikarya – Cibitung) is under construction and set to operate in 2024.

35% of shares in CCT is owned by WTR, while 55% of shares is owned by PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero), 5% of shares is owned by PT Bakrie & Brothers, and 5% of shares is owned by PT Bakrie Toll Road.
