Currently, PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. owns 92.314% of WTR’s shares and PT TASPEN (Persero) or Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri owns 7,686% of WTR’s shares.
Currently, WTR owns 10 toll roads. 8 toll roads located in Java and 2 toll roads located in Sumatera.
