What is Whistleblowing System?

A Whistleblowing System (“WBS”) is defined as a system that is built to receive, review, and follow up on the report delivered by employees or stakeholders.

In accordance with implementing Good Corporate Governance (“GCG”) and including the eradication of corruption, bribery, and other fraud, the most effective way to prevent contradictory practices with Good Corporate Governance is through the whistleblowing system that will provide the number of fraud that successfully detected, and the will shorten the realization time rather than another approach.

Our Commitment to Whistleblower

Management is committed to protecting whistleblowers who implement utmost good faith, and the management will comply with every relevant law and regulation and the valid best practice in the implementation of the Whistleblowing System. This policy is referred to enhance whistleblowing and to ensure the whistleblower and their family’s security.
a. The company will ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity.
b. The company will ensure the protection of the whistleblower from every form of threats, intimidation, or any other disturbing action from every party as long as the whistleblower keeps confidentiality of the violation from all related parties.
c. The protection of the whistleblower is valid for both the party that investigates and the party that provides the violation information.

Whistleblowing Anonymity

The whistleblowing actions can be reported anonymously or with the identity of whistleblowers. In accordance with whistleblowing by enclosing the name of whistleblowers, the Company will ensure the discreetness of the whistleblower’s identity. Therefore, to reduce the whistleblower’s anonymity, the Company will ensure that the protection of whistleblower policy, whistleblower confidentiality, and security insurance will be implemented and impact every personnel.

Whistleblowing Rewards

The whistleblowing rewards are implemented by the Company to provide a safe space, and as a stimulant by the Company’s Personnel to ensure that can be more active in participating in the implementation of the Whistleblowing System.
Several rewards can be given by the Company to protect the discreet identity and ensure the whistleblower’s security in discrimination, threats, or disturbing action.
